Step 3: I Handle Everything Once you pick your destination, I take over. Villa booking, activity coordination, restaurant reservations, transportation, itinerary creation, group communication, etc.

Step 4: You Show Up and Celebrate I've built in flexibility, backup plans, and enough downtime so nobody burns out. You have my number for any questions or last-minute changes during the trip.

  • For Full Planning Package, yes - I'll help you set up a payment collection system and track who's paid. For Essentials Package, I provide templates and tips but you manage it yourself.

  • Life happens. I build flexibility into villa bookings when possible and can help you navigate changes. Most villas require full payment 30-60 days before arrival, so timing matters. I willl do my best to adjust overall pricing, however, I cannot guarantee full refunds.

  • Absolutely! While my expertise is in Mexico and international destinations, I can plan parties anywhere in the US. Nashville, Charleston, Austin, Miami - let's talk.

  • You have my phone number. If a vendor no-shows, weather derails plans, or anything needs troubleshooting, I'm here to help make it right.

    This is also why I STRONGLY recommend purchasing travel insurance for all trips I help plan.

  • You pay me directly for planning services. You pay vendors (villa, restaurants, activities) directly. I can help coordinate group payment collection, but money flows through you as the organizer, not through me.

  • Of course! Every group is different. Some want to party every night, others want yoga and beach time. I build what you want, not a cookie-cutter template.

  • I offer White-Glove On-Site Coordination as a premium add-on for groups who want a truly hands-off experience.

    When I'm there, you don't lift a finger - I handle all payments at restaurants, coordinate drivers and transportation, troubleshoot any issues in real-time, manage day-of logistics, and ensure every detail runs smoothly.
