I spent two full weeks in the beautiful Central American country of Nicaragua after seeing photos of the Corn Island years ago and adding that to my "beaches to see before I die” list.
I had no idea how much I’d love it there, or how incredible the people were. From the Corn Islands to the Emerald Coast to the beautiful Granada - Nicaragua is worth multiple visits.
