Daily Pilates

Start each morning with a guided Pilates session led by our in-house instructor Savannah. Suitable for all levels. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, the sessions are designed to move your body, clear your head, and set the tone for the day.

Curated Excursions

Every retreat includes a mix of curated experiences based on the destination — think boat days, mezcal tastings, cooking classes, market visits, and private beach access. No two retreats will look the same, but every one will have at least one moment you'll be talking about for years. All excursions are included in the price and handled by us.

All Meals by a Local Private Chef

Every breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared in the villa by a private chef. No restaurant reservations, no splitting bills, no one going hungry. Just great food, eaten together, at whatever pace the day calls for.

Pre-Trip Planning Support

Have questions before you arrive? I offer pre-trip planning calls to help with everything from what to pack to how to get there. I can also provide flight recommendations and routing advice so you can book with confidence — flights are not included in the retreat price but I'm happy to point you in the right direction.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Villa accommodation, all meals, daily Pilates sessions, curated excursions, airport transfers, and all logistics. Flights and travel insurance are not included.

  • Yes, all guests must purchase travel insurance before the trip. We recommend purchasing it as soon as you book. I'm happy to point you toward good options on our pre-trip call!

  • Absolutely! Single and shared room options are available. This is designed to be the kind of trip where you arrive not knowing anyone and leave with a group chat you actually use.

  • All levels welcome. Sessions are designed to be accessible whether you've never done Pilates or you go five times a week. Savannah works with all levels and can make any adjustments as needed.

  • Yes! I can provide flight recommendations and routing advice on our pre-trip planning call. You'll book your own flights directly (and get all of those sweet sweet points.)

  • This retreat is designed for open-minded, curious women who love to travel, try new things, and connect with good people. We're building a welcoming, inclusive space and ask that all guests come with that same energy. Guests who do not share those values will not be a good fit for this experience.
